Keep Older Adults Active with Home Care

For caregivers at home, helping senior loved ones to stay healthy and active can be challenging, especially with COVID-19 restrictions keeping people at home. Aging may mean that your family member can no longer do things that were a part of their routine earlier.  Television and crosswords can only go so far. You may be searching for other ways to keep your loved one active and healthy. Here are some ideas to keep them busy and moving when receiving in-home care.  Phone Calls and Letters COVID-19 makes it difficult for older adults to keep in touch with their friends and loved ones.
